Tickets can be purchased online, at authorised ticket offices or, subject to availability, directly on board from the driver.
For better organisation of the journey, ticket reservation is recommended.
The ticket issued is only valid for the day, time and journey indicated and must be shown at every request of the service personnel. If not in possession of a ticket (paper and/or electronic), the passenger may be admitted, within the limits of the seats available, and the ticket will be issued by the on-board staff. A forged, non-integral or otherwise illegible ticket is not valid. The ticket is to all intents and purposes a tax document.
Standing passengers are permitted on the service.

The season ticket is valid for the route corresponding to the indicated fare band. It can be used for lower fare bands but not for higher ones. In all cases, there are no refunds for use on lower bands. The season ticket is valid for one year (365 days) from the date of issue. It may only be used by one person per single journey. It is the passenger’s obligation to present the season ticket to the on-board staff, who will proceed to cancel a run. The holder is obliged to keep the paper digital rechargeable card in a decent condition; if it should prove illegible, it must be printed out again.

TRANSPORT OF CHILDREN
Children over one metre tall are subject to payment of a ticket; two children under one metre tall pay only one ticket.
TRANSPORT OF ANIMALS
Small animals (cats and dogs) may be transported in a pet carrier or muzzled (dog), subject to payment of the ORDINARY ticket price (full fare). The carriage of guide dogs accompanying blind passengers is permitted free of charge.
LUGGAGE TRANSPORT
Passengers in possession of a regular ticket are entitled to the free transport of 1 piece of luggage of a maximum size of 140 cm (sum of length, height and depth) and not exceeding a weight of 20 kg to be placed in the luggage compartment of the bus. A €2.00 ticket must be paid for each additional item of luggage.
